Mel fell in love with the island on his first visit to Marthas Vineyard. After a few more visits, he decided he wanted his own home built to his specifications. Having worked as a manger in a hotel, owning his own services business and owning another real estate property, he felt he knew what guests would expect and deserve.

The home was built to meet the needs of more than one family with all the amenities he would want for his own family. He is very proud of his consistent focus on service, maintenance, and continuous improvement of his property. Mel spent a significant amount of time interviewing caretakers and cleaning staff to ensure the house will be kept in perfect and pristine condition.

Mel is always available by phone to answer any and all questions for his guests. His main goal is to ensure a great guest experience and meet all of their individual needs.
